Presentación de los Trabajos
The length of the academic contribution should be a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 14 pages written in Arial 11 point font and 1.5 line spacing and should contain the following aspects:
- Abstract (150 - 250 words).
- Introduction.
- Materials and Methods (Methodology)..
- Results.
- Discussion and Analysis.
- Conclusions.
- Bibliographies (APA Style 7th Edition).
- Appendices.
The maximum number of authors per paper should not exceed three (3) people. The paper must be preceded by a cover page that is not counted within the maximum page limit and should have the following structure:
- Title.
- Full Names and Surnames of the Authors.
- Institution of Affiliation.
- Email Address of each Author.
- Phone Number (WhatsApp).
- ORCID ID.
CRITERIA TO BE USED FOR THE REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF PAPERS FOR PRESENTATION AND PUBLICATION
The following will be taken into account:
- Relevance to the topics planned for the conference.
- Clarity of presentation (clarity of ideas, writing, use of figures and tables).
- Structure and general organization of the paper (properly organized into different sections, the abstract provides an adequate explanation of the work presented in the paper, the introduction establishes the basis and fundamental purpose of the paper, linguistic resources are used appropriately to best communicate the content of the paper, appropriate number of pages, complies with font type and size, as well as line spacing, citations and bibliographic references are done properly, using a single standard).
- Technical content of the academic contribution (technical quality, originality, contributions to the social sciences, appropriate references to previous contributions, timeliness and relevance of the bibliographic sources consulted).
Please note the following:
- VARIANT 1: If the paper meets all requirements and has been approved by the reviewers, authors will be able to download their respective LETTERS OF ACCEPTANCE from the Congress platform. Likewise, the Committee in which they will participate will be determined.
- VARIANT 2: If the paper must be corrected based on recommendations issued by the reviewers for improvement. The authors must make the changes to the paper, which should not be major modifications and must comply with the rules established by the conference.
- VARIANT 3: If the paper does not meet the established academic and scientific requirements, it will not be accepted and the authors will be notified of the decision.
IMPORTANT
Authors must complete the attached documents so that their paper is correctly received. All certificates will be downloaded by participants in PDF format directly from the conference system page under the option CERTIFICATES.
La extensión del aporte académico mínimo 8 y máximo 14 páginas escritas con letras Arial 11 puntos e interlineado de 1,5 y debe contener los siguientes aspectos:
- Resumen (150 - 250 palabras).
- Introducción.
- Materiales y Métodos (Metodología).
- Resultados.
- Discusión y Análisis.
- Conclusiones.
- Bibliografías (Normas APA Séptima Edición).
- Anexos.
La cantidad máxima de autores por ponencia no debe ser superior a tres (3) personas. El trabajo debe estar antecedido por una hoja que no se contabiliza dentro del máximo exigido y debe poseer la siguiente estructura:
- Título.
- Nombres y Apellidos Completos de los Autores.
- Institución de Afiliación.
- Correo Electrónico de cada Autor.
- Número Telefónico (WhatsApp).
- Código ORCID.
CRITERIOS A UTILIZAR PARA EN LA REVISIÓN Y APROBACIÓN DE LAS PONENCIAS PARA SU PRESENTACIÓN Y PUBLICACIÓN.
Se tendrá en cuenta:
- Relación con las temáticas previstas para el congreso.
- Claridad de la presentación (claridad de las ideas, redacción, uso de figuras y tablas).
- Estructura y organización general de la ponencia (debidamente organizada en las diferentes secciones, el resumen constituye una explicación adecuada del trabajo que se presenta en la ponencia, se establece en la introducción la base y propósito fundamental de la ponencia, se utilizan adecuadamente los recursos lingüísticos para la mejor comunicación del contenido de la ponencia, número de páginas apropiado, cumple con el tipo y tamaño de letra; así como con el interlineado, realiza de manera adecuada la citación y referencias bibliográficas, utilizando una única norma).
- Contenido técnico del aporte académico (calidad técnica, originalidad, contribuciones a las Ciencias Sociales, referencias adecuadas a contribuciones anteriores, actualidad y relevancia de las fuentes bibliográficas consultadas).
Una vez revisada la ponencia será necesario tener en cuenta las tres posibles variantes:
- VARIANTE 1: Si la ponencia cumple con todos los requisitos y fue aprobada por los revisores, esto permitirá que los autores puedan descargar desde la plataforma del Congreso sus respectivas CARTAS DE ACEPTACIÓN. Asimismo, se determinará en qué Comisión serán incluidas para su participación.
- VARIANTE 2: Si la ponencia debe ser corregida por recomendaciones emitidas por los revisores para su mejoramiento. Los autores deberán realizar los cambios en la misma, que no sean de mayores modificaciones y de acuerdo a las normas establecidas en el congreso.
- VARIANTE 3: Si la ponencia no reúne los requisitos establecidos académicos y científicos no serán admitidas y se notificará a los autores de la decisión.
IMPORTANTE
Los autores deben completar los documentos anexos para que su ponencia sea receptada correctamente. Todos los certificados serán descargados por los participantes en formato PDF directamente desde la página del sistema congreso en la opción CERTIFICADOS.
