Pasos para realizar tu pago en línea (tarjeta de débito o crédito):

  • Ingresa a admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec.
  • Inicia sesión con tu USUARIO Y CONTRASEÑA enviados a tu correo electrónico.
  • Selecciona la opción de PAGO EN LÍNEA.
  • Selecciona el rubro PAGAR.
  • Dá clic en ACEPTAR TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES.
  • Coloca los datos de tu tarjeta y presiona PAGAR.

Participante - Oyente

  • Acceso a las conferencias magistrales.
  • Puede inscribirse en cualquier taller (Deberá realizar la inversión económica por taller).

Ponente

  • Acceso a las conferencias magistrales.
  • Ponencia en comisiones de trabajos e intercambio científico (será seleccionado por la Comisión Científica Académica).
  • Aportes académicos en comisiones de trabajos e intercambio científico (será seleccionado por la Comisión Científica y Académica).
  • Todas las ponencias serán valoradas en post congreso por el Comité Científico y seleccionadas en función de su rigor científico, novedad y calidad para ser publicadas en revistas con indexación de impacto mundial y regional, libros temáticos y libros de memorias.

Talleres

  • Acceso a los talleres (Personas que solo quieran registrarse en los talleres).

MODALITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONGRESS

Attendee

  • Access to master talks.
  • Can enroll in any workshop (Must make the financial investment per workshop).

Presenter

  • Access to Master Talks.
  • Presentation in work commissions and scientific exchange (will be selected by the Scientific and Academic Committee).
  • Academic contributions in work commissions and scientific exchange (to be selected by the Scientific and Academic Committee).
  • All papers will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee after the congress and selected based on their scientific rigor, novelty and quality to be published in journals with worldwide and regional impact indexation, thematic books and memoirs.

Workshops

  • Access to the workshops (People who only want to register for the workshops).

Para participar

Each participation modality must register their details on the congress website: www.admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec, in the platform you will be able to choose the form of participation (Attendee, Presenter, or Workshops), make the payment for the congress and upload your deposit/transfer voucher, all of this in the platform.

In addition, those who wish to participate as PRESENTERS must register in the following portal www.admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec and in the option “add paper” upload the corresponding document. The letter of acceptance by the university will be available for download on the same platform.

Participants in any of the SPECIAL AND COLLATERAL ACTIVITIES escribed above must complete the entire registration process online on the platform.

Para participar, registra tus datos en www.admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec, dentro de la plataforma podrás escoger la forma de participación (Participante - Oyente, Ponente o Talleres), realizar el pago del congreso y subir tu comprobante de depósito/transferencia, todo esto dentro de la plataforma.

Adicional, quienes deseen participar como PONENTES deberán registrarse en el portal www.admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec y en la opción “agregar ponencia” subir el documento correspondiente. La carta de aceptación por parte de la universidad estará disponible para descargarla en la misma plataforma.

Los participantes en cualquiera de las ACTIVIDADES ESPECIALES Y COLATERALES descritas anteriormente, deberán completar todo el proceso de registro de manera online en la plataforma.

Presentación de los Trabajos
