Presentación de los Trabajos
TThe length of the academic contribution should be a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 pages written in Arial 11 point font and 1.5 line spacing and should contain the following aspects:
- Abstract (250 words).
- Introduction.
- Development.
- Conclusions.
- Main Bibliographies.
- Appendices.
The maximum number of authors per paper should not exceed three (3) people. The paper must be preceded by a cover page that is not counted within the maximum page limit and should have the following structure:
- Title.
- Full Names and Surnames of the Authors.
- Institution of Affiliation.
- E-mail of each Author.
- Telephone Number (WhatsApp).
CRITERIA TO BE USED FOR THE REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF PAPERS FOR PRESENTATION AND PUBLICATION
Presentations must be made in accordance with the guidelines for preparing presentations established by the Scientific Committee of the International Congress of Health Sciences. They will be subject to blind review and may be published in the designated channels. All documents must be:
- Unpublished. Previously published material will not be accepted. Authors are responsible for obtaining the appropriate permissions to reproduce material (text, tables, or figures) from other publications and for citing the source correctly. The opinions expressed in published articles are the responsibility of the authors. The International Congress of Health Sciences is not responsible for plagiarism and, in the event of a demonstration or claim to that effect, the paper in question will be removed from the congress website. All documents will be submitted for review by the University's anti-plagiarism system.
- Authorship. The list of authors should only include those who have contributed intellectually to the development of the work. The International Congress of Health Sciences declines any responsibility for possible conflicts arising from the authorship of works published or presented in the various forms assigned to them.
Please note the following:
- The Scientific Committee will be responsible for receiving, evaluating, and reviewing the papers. To find out who the members of the Organizing Committee and the various committees are, please visit: www.congresos.ube.edu.ec in the option: COMMITTEE/ORGANIZING COMMITTEE.
- All participants must register on the conference website www.admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec in the option: REGISTER and within the system, you will find the necessary options. Presentations should be uploaded using the option: ADD PRESENTATION.
- The Scientific Committee will evaluate each presentation and upload the evaluations and approval or rejection to the conference system. Similarly, the format for presenting the work will be indicated.
- After receiving acceptance of your paper, you are eligible to participate as a speaker at the International Congress of Health Sciences and can download your acceptance letter from the option: DOWNLOAD ACCEPTANCE LETTER. Similarly, you can download the template for presenting the paper to the committee.
- Each speaker must be attentive to the approval of the paper submitted or to the recommendations issued by the Scientific Committee. Recommendations or corrections made must be resolved within 24 hours of receipt. Every effort should be made to address each recommendation issued. Once corrected, the document must be sent by email to the address from which it was received, clarifying in the file name: CORRECTED In this second review, one of the two response variants will also be issued: LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE or new recommendations.
- Each lead author will send a letter authorizing the International Congress of Health Sciences to publish the paper in any physical or digital medium known or to be known in the future and made available for the congress. This document will be sent at the time the paper is attached. The template can be downloaded from the same page, option: LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION and the established format must be followed so that the paper can be published. Otherwise, the document will not be published.
IMPORTANT
All certificates will be downloaded by participants in PDF format directly from the conference system page under the option CERTIFICATES.
La extensión del aporte académico mínimo 8 y máximo 15 cuartillas escritas con letras Arial 11 puntos e interlineado de 1,5 y debe contener los siguientes aspectos:
- Resumen (250 palabras).
- Introducción.
- Desarrollo.
- Conclusiones.
- Bibliografía Principal.
- Anexos.
La cantidad máxima de autores por ponencia no debe ser superior a tres (3) personas. El trabajo debe estar antecedido por una hoja que no se contabiliza dentro del máximo exigido y debe poseer la siguiente estructura:
- Título.
- Nombres y Apellidos Completos de los Autores.
- Institución de Afiliación.
- Correo Electrónico de cada Autor.
- Número Telefónico (WhatsApp).
CRITERIOS A UTILIZAR PARA EN LA REVISIÓN Y APROBACIÓN DE LAS PONENCIAS PARA SU PRESENTACIÓN Y PUBLICACIÓN.
Las ponencias deberán realizarse teniendo en cuenta las normas para elaboración de ponencias, previstas por la Comisión Científica del Congreso Internacional de Ciencias de la Salud, se someterán a revisión ciega y tendrán la posibilidad de ser publicadas en los canales previstos. Todos los documentos deben ser:
- Inéditos. No se acepta material previamente publicado. Los autores son responsables de obtener los oportunos permisos para reproducir parcialmente el material (texto, tablas o figuras) de otras publicaciones y de citar la procedencia correctamente. Las opiniones expresadas en los artículos publicados son responsabilidad de los autores. El Congreso Internacional de Ciencias de la Salud, no se hace responsable del plagio y en caso de que exista una demostración o reclamación en tal sentido, se eliminará del sitio web del congreso la ponencia en conflicto. Todos los documentos serán sometidos a revisión del sistema anti plagio de la Universidad.
- Autoría. En la lista de autores firmantes deben figurar únicamente aquellas personas que han contribuido intelectualmente al desarrollo del trabajo. El Congreso Internacional de Ciencias de la Salud, declina cualquier responsabilidad sobre posibles conflictos derivados de la autoría de los trabajos que se publiquen o se presenten en las diferentes formas que se le asignen.
Tener en cuenta lo siguiente:
- El proceso de recepción, valoración y revisión de las ponencias, estará a cargo de la Comisión Científica. Para conocer los miembros del Comité Organizador y de las diferentes comisiones, puede acceder a: www.congresos.ube.edu.ec en la opción: COMITÉ/COMITÉ ORGANIZADOR.
- Todos los participantes, deberán inscribirse en la página de congreso www.admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec en la opción: REGISTRARSE y dentro del sistema, están las opciones necesarias. Las ponencias se deben subir en la opción: AGREGAR PONENCIA.
- La Comisión Científica valorará cada ponencia y subirá en el propio sistema del congreso, las valoraciones y la aprobación o no. De la misma forma, se indicará la forma de presentación del trabajo.
- Luego de recibir aceptación de la ponencia, usted está apto para participar como ponente en el Congreso Internacional de Ciencias de la Salud y podrá descargar su carta de aceptación en la opción: DESCARGAR CARTA DE ACEPTACIÓN. De igual forma, puede descargar la plantilla de presentación de la ponencia en comisión.
- Cada ponente deberá estar atento a la aprobación de la ponencia presentada o a las recomendaciones que se emitan por parte de la Comisión Científica. Las recomendaciones o correcciones realizadas, deben ser resueltas en un término de 24h luego de recibidas. Se debe tratar de atender cada recomendación emitida. Una vez corregido, el documento se debe enviar por correo electrónico, a la dirección de correo desde donde llegó, aclarando en el nombre del archivo: CORREGIDO. En esta segunda revisión de igual forma, se emitirá una de las dos variantes de respuesta: CARTA DE ACEPTACIÓN o nuevas recomendaciones.
- Cada autor principal enviará una carta que autorice al Congreso Internacional de Ciencias de la Salud a la publicación de la ponencia en cualquier medio físico o digital conocido o que se conozca a futuro y que se disponga para el congreso. Este documento será enviado en el momento en que se adjunta la ponencia. La plantilla se descargará de la misma página, opción: CARTA DE AUTORIZACIÓN y se debe seguir el formato establecido para que pueda ser publicada la ponencia. Caso contrario, se resolverá la no publicación del documento.
IMPORTANTE
Todos los certificados serán descargados por los participantes en formato PDF directamente desde la página del sistema congreso en la opción CERTIFICADOS.
