ACCESO SOLO A TALLERES (exclusivo para estudiantes de la UBE e ITB):

  • Para los estudiantes activos del ITB o UBE, existe una opción donde solo se pueden inscribir en los talleres. 

The minimum length of the academic paper is 8 pages and the maximum is 15 pages, written in Arial 11 point font with 1.5 line spacing, and must contain the following sections:

  • Abstract (250 words).
  • Introduction.
  • Development.
  • Conclusions.
  • Main Bibliography.
  • Appendices.
The maximum number of authors per paper should not exceed three (3) people. The paper must be preceded by a cover page that is not counted within the maximum length requirement and must have the following structure:

  • Title.
  • Full Names of the Authors.
  • Institution of Affiliation.
  • Email of each Author.
  • Phone Number (WhatsApp).
Deadlines:

  • Receipt of scientific contributions (academic papers or posters) until October 13th, 2025.
  • Communication of evaluations and acceptance by the Scientific and Academic Committee until October 20th, 2025.

La extensión del aporte académico mínimo 8 y máximo 15páginas escritas con letras Arial 11 puntos e interlineado de 1,5 y debe contener los siguientes aspectos:

  • Resumen (250 palabras).
  • Introducción.
  • Desarrollo.
  • Conclusiones.
  • Bibliografía Principal.
  • Anexos.
La cantidad máxima de autores por ponencia no debe ser superior a tres (3) personas. El trabajo debe estar antecedido por una hoja que no se contabiliza dentro del máximo exigido y debe poseer la siguiente estructura:

  • Título.
  • Nombres y Apellidos completos de los Autores.
  • Institución de Afiliación.
  • Correo electrónico de cada Autor.
  • Número Telefónico (WhatsApp).
Fechas límites:

  • Recepción de las contribuciones científicas (ponencia o póster académicos) hasta el 13 de Octubre de 2025.
  • Comunicación de las valoraciones y aceptación por parte de la Comisión Científica y Académica hasta el 20 de Octubre de 2025.

  • Online payments: We accept all credit and debit cards within the platform admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec.
  • Deposit/Transfers: Made out to UNIVERSIDAD BOLIVARIANA DEL ECUADOR in the SAVINGS account of BANCO DEL PACIFICO #0008263078. Proof of payment must be uploaded to the Congress System page: admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec. Payment should not be made to other UBE accounts because the payment will have to be cancelled so that it can be made in the correct account.
  • Cash: At any of our offices.

  • Pagos en línea: Aceptamos todas las todas las tarjetas de crédito y débito dentro de la plataforma admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec.
  • Depósito/Transferencias: Realizarse a nombre de UNIVERSIDAD BOLIVARIANA DEL ECUADOR en la cuenta AHORROS del BANCO DEL PACÍFICO #0008263078. El comprobante de pago debe subirse a la página del Sistema Congreso: admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec  no se debe realizar a otras cuentas de UBE pues habrá que anular el pago para que se pueda realizar en la cuenta correcta.
  • Efectivo: En cualquiera de nuestras oficinas.

Modalidades para participar en el congreso

Participante - Oyente

  • Acceso a las conferencias magistrales.
  • Puede inscribirse en cualquier taller (Deberá realizar la inversión económica por taller).

Ponente

  • Acceso a las conferencias magistrales.
  • Ponencia en comisiones de trabajos e intercambio científico (será seleccionado por la Comisión Científica Académica).
  • Aportes académicos en comisiones de trabajos e intercambio científico (será seleccionado por la Comisión Científica y Académica).
  • Todas las ponencias serán valoradas en post congreso por el Comité Científico y seleccionadas en función de su rigor científico, novedad y calidad para ser publicadas en revistas con indexación de impacto mundial y regional, libros temáticos y libros de memorias.

Talleres

  • Acceso a los talleres (Personas que solo quieran registrarse en los talleres).

MODALITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONGRESS

Attendee

  • Access to master talks.
  • Can enroll in any workshop (Must make the financial investment per workshop).

Presenter

  • Access to Master Talks.
  • Presentation in work commissions and scientific exchange (will be selected by the Scientific and Academic Committee).
  • Academic contributions in work commissions and scientific exchange (to be selected by the Scientific and Academic Committee).
  • All papers will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee after the congress and selected based on their scientific rigor, novelty and quality to be published in journals with worldwide and regional impact indexation, thematic books and memoirs.

Workshops

  • Access to the workshops (People who only want to register for the workshops).

Para participar

Each participation modality must register their details on the congress website: www.admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec, in the platform you will be able to choose the form of participation (Attendee, Presenter, or Workshops), make the payment for the congress and upload your deposit/transfer voucher, all of this in the platform.

In addition, those who wish to participate as PRESENTERS must register in the following portal www.admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec and in the option “add paper” upload the corresponding document. The letter of acceptance by the university will be available for download on the same platform.

Participants in any of the SPECIAL AND COLLATERAL ACTIVITIES escribed above must complete the entire registration process online on the platform.

Para participar, registra tus datos en www.admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec, dentro de la plataforma podrás escoger la forma de participación (Participante - Oyente, Ponente o Talleres), realizar el pago del congreso y subir tu comprobante de depósito/transferencia, todo esto dentro de la plataforma.

Adicional, quienes deseen participar como PONENTES deberán registrarse en el portal www.admisioncongresos.ube.edu.ec y en la opción “agregar ponencia” subir el documento correspondiente. La carta de aceptación por parte de la universidad estará disponible para descargarla en la misma plataforma.

Los participantes en cualquiera de las ACTIVIDADES ESPECIALES Y COLATERALES descritas anteriormente, deberán completar todo el proceso de registro de manera online en la plataforma.
